I'm still around. I have retired from my JOB, and enjoying Retirement to the fullest. I know I have posted in awhile, but I wanted to give say that I will be updating this site now with all my posts. My other domain name will be deleted soon, as I love this blogger!
Happy exercising, as I have continued with my exercising. I still am maintaining my weigh loss which I am happy to say.
